This thread will make you do some thinking.

What are your top 3 favorite games that are NOT from the Nintendo, Microsoft, Sony, or Sega systems.

Mine are:
1. River Raid (Atari 2600)
2. Food Fight (Atari 7800)
3. Megamania (Atari 2600)

I never gamed much outside those four, but Tim Schafer's games were awesome. Especially Grim Fandango.
It's Ridge Racer! Riiiiiidge Racer!

Baldur's Gate 2 (PC)
Counter-Strike (PC)
Icewind Dale (PC)

Much better than most console games out there :P
"In a news conference, Iwata said Wii isn't battling rivals directly because it's offering different, easier-to-play games." Hur-fing-ray.

Nice move, Nintendo. If you can't beat 'em, target another, easier to coerce, audience.

Hmm... It will make me think? I doubt that and you said that these games can't be from Nintendo, Sony, Microsoft or Sega systems respectively, so I assume that you also mean that they could have not debutted on any of these systems exclusively... Anyway... I will just list a few of my favorites that never appeared on any of those consoles.

Anyway here is the list and I do wonder why hasn't anyone posted on my top five games per system thread... I'll post five of my favorites just to add and the first three will be the main focus...

1: Galaxian ( Atari )

2: Space Invaders ( Atari )

3: Chopper Command ( Atari )

4. Starcraft ( PC )

5. Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos ( PC )
