I'm hoping I'm not accidentally recommending Magnetis twice over, but it's a damn fine block dropping game with an amazing background tune to boot.
Monsteca Corral is a real charmer. It's a strategy and action game hybrid, which I really appreciate since I don't really appreciate strategy games.
Pearl Harbor Trilogy part 1 is just nice arcade fun. Can't wait for the next one that promises to have online play.
Maboshi's Arcade is an interesting one. It's almost like three Art Style games in one, though admittedly, each game is a bit simpler than we've come to expect from the Art Style games. I love the circle and stick games, but have a hard time liking the square game, which is funny to me since the square game was made into it's own DSiWare game (Flametail). Hoping to unlock expert difficulty so I can just start the square game at a more interesting (and harder) level. Oh, and the best part is that the game connects to your DS and you can download a complete DS version of all the games. So nice.
Jett Rocket doesn't need much description; it looks beautiful, has great platforming gameplay, and I want that sequel.
Art of Balance is so excellent. I hesitated on this one because it looked overly simply, but if you have an experimental curiosity, this physics based puzzle game will thoroughly engage you.
Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 1 is one of the best games on Wii, and it's amazing that it's only $15. I wasn't all that happy to hear that I'd be buying multiple episodes at about $15 each, but this is as good as any full retail 2D Sonic game.
Tales of Elastic Boy is a game I wasn't sure I was going to like, but for 600 points, it wouldn't be that painful if I didn't. It's fantastic. It also unfortunately has some Sonic & the Secret Rings syndrome, by which I mean, you gain control abilities that make the game move quicker as the game progress so in the beginning you might feel as though it's going to be a bad experience, but it's fantastic like I said. I hope they make more "missions".
Took the time to clean up the alphabetical order, <__<. Though I will take credit for putting some of those in the wrong place.
Seriously, I can't believe noone else has taken the time to post in here besides me since August.
And is there really only one recommendation for Bit.Trip RUNNER?
