I really hope NoA gets these out to us this week. Otherwise, I'm only going to have Super Mario 3D Land, Mario Kart 7, Star Fox 64 3D, Ocarina of Time 3D, Professor Layton and the Last Spector, Dragon Quest VI and IX, The Legendary Starfy, Final Fantasy IV, Pushmo, and a few other 3D Classic+VC GB/GBC/NES games to help me during downtime on my vacation... Yeah, I guess it wouldn't really be that big of deal for me, but I'd like em none the less.

Just give noa time to add them to the eShop. It is a very long wait but it is nothing like the wait we had for SSB or Super Mario Kart to hit the Wii's Virtual Console service.

Well it's Dec. 16, 12:22 am on the east coast. I guess if we are going to get these games we have to wait until the west coast is today too.

I sure hope so... The wait is killing me. I'm still paranoid that they won't be here for a while since NoA still hasn't announced anything yet.

The lack of a SpotPass message has bothered me a little bit. I really hope NoA isn't trying to pull something like waiting until Christmas day in order to say "hey here's 10 Christmas gifts!" Um, yeah, it's not so fun when we're forced to wait for an extra week compared to Japan and Europe. I really hope they'll be available by morning, or by 12:00 PM EST (that seems to always be when they update the shop for us east coasters).

I hope they aren't planning on making us wait til Christmas, by then I'll have more games to play anyway. I'm kind of expecting them to put them out sometime today, and not tell anyone until afterwords.

You go to Settings and then to Your Downloads to get them right?

Did you look under downloaded in the settings of the Eshop. They are there, you scroll down until you find them and then you select reload to start downloading them. I think they should be available to everyone now. Hopefully this helps.

@ Koopzilla: Yeah, that's what you do?

If you still don't see them, maybe turning off the system and then on again might help.

I still don't have mine up yet and it is 3:39 am est for me and i know NOA released them since you all have them now. I guess i'll just have to wait a few more minutes then.

I even turned off my 3DS then turned it back on and that still didn't help.
