In terms of Nintendo gaming, it's going to
rule:
- We'll have an awesome E3 (Nintendo console revelation E3s are always really friggin' fun!).
- Then, we'll have fun speculating about the launch date, the launch price, the launch gaming lineup, etc.
- We'll also have fun watching industry reactions to what Nintendo is trying with the Wii U, and we'll get to see if there's any mainstream media craziness like there was with the Wii.
-There's a sick part of me that enjoys everything lining-up overnight for a Nintendo system pre-order.
- I'm also looking forward to taking off of work for E3 and gaming and launch days. Now that I have much better seniority at work, I get much more vacation time per pay period - which means more time for Nintendo - hooray, indeed!
- Launch Day! Yeah! Even though the games aren't as polished, they still give a great idea of what we have to look forward to. I take time off for Launch Day, decorate the house, stock-up on good food & drink, welcome family and friends over, take pictures, etc. Launch Day is always guaranteed to provide lots of material for good memories.
- We'll get great GoNintendo coverage with all of these, as usual.
(edit: just found out that the Zelda Symphony will be going to Atlanta in May. Looks like another reason that this year will be a great one gaming-wise! I'll be making the drive, for sure!

)
(Watching Sony struggle is going to be fun also. Cut the price? Languish? Drown in red ink? Who knows? hehe..)
Personally, I'm looking forward to buying/building a new house.
Sadly, when we leave the topic of gaming & personal life, I'm less optimistic about the future..
