It is sort of hard to find the time with work, school, and homework always getting in the way. However, I try to run/ bike for cardio at least twice a week, and weight lift to build some more muscle mass at least twice a week. I usually increase my workout regimen once I get out of school. You feel so much better after a long workout as opposed to always feeling lazy and drowsy...I've also changed my diet for the new year to exclude any form of soda, deep fried food, and chips. That stuff is terrible for you... So far so good with my New Year's resolution.
