I still cannot believe that there is no Pokemon games out yet. I can see why they didn't add Pokemon Stadium 1 or 2 on the Wii's VC because of the connectivity with the first and second gen of Pokemon games, but come'on...
Also, I know that I sound like a Pokemon fanboy right now (It's the only games that I remember from the GameBoy days atm) but I hoping for Pokemon Trading Card Game to make a release.

I think Nintendo said before that they wouldn't be releasing any GBA games outside the Ambassador Program. Why, I don't know, maybe they hate money or are lying to us...

1) Licenses. If there are any licensing problems, likely the games affected will be blocked from re-release or pulled off the service if licensing problems arise some time after the re-release.
2) Legal issues. What may have flew in the past may not fly today which leads to the blocking of potential VC re-releases. EarthBound unfortunately is the top example of this problem.
3) Many 3rd parties see no market with the VC re-releases. If they don't provide the games, Nintendo has no service. People need to contact these 3rd parties and demand VC support.
We need an Operation VCfall to show there is a market for the classics. >.>;;

Maybe if they stopped with their idiotic policy of releasing only one game a week on eshop, we'd finally be getting VC games again.
