Well, lots of interesting stuff in there! Obviously this isn't a confirmation, but Blockbuster has to be pulling this info from somewhere! Thanks to Ben for the heads up!

Probably 90% speculation from blockbuster.
But some interesting titles. Formula 1 All Stars is not a game iv ever heard of, and interesting to see if anything comes out of this over next few months

RUMOR - Blockbuster UK lists multiple Wii U games (Splinter

Postby Leon2457 » 06 May 2012 13:55

I've been told if any listings show up it's simply speculation and should not under any circumstances be published to any customers (aka offer them pre-orders and such) so I'm assuming if these start to show up in my store it's probably just speculative listings.

(Then again, I'm just a lowly till worker)

The part numbers are interesting. The games from last E3 start with 159..., the games that we haven't heard about yet start with 166... So it would look like Blockbuster added the announced games last year, then they got a new load of info this year, as newly added products are assigned higher part numbers.

Of course that would be easy to fake.

Zombi 2 (Zombie, Zombie Flesh Eaters) is a classic gore filled zombie film, in Italy it's classed as a sequel to George A Romero's Dawn of The Dead since in Italy it's called Zombi. But in other parts of the world they classed it as a separate film and named it something else like Zombie and Zombie Flesh Eaters.

So the generic sounding "Zombie" may actually be a game version of Dawn of the Dead or it's sequel. Or it could be the Rumored Walking Dead port.

Zombies to the left of me, Batman's to the right, here I am, stuck in the middle of these over saturated characters. How long until we see Zombie Batman?

About splinter cell:

does anybody remember Jade Raymond talking about how she sees the future where people interact with the games differently with tablets and stuff? My memory is a little hazy but from what I remember this sounds like it's very possible this a sneak peak at what Splinter Cell (which she confirmed her studio - Ubi Toronto is developing) could be doing on Wii U.

Wasn't Shield Pose a tech demo at E3 last year? Also New Super Mario Bros. Mii shows that they don't know what they're talking about. None of these retail listings should be taken seriously, I'm still angry that Gamestop told me Kid Icarus would be available at the 3DS' launch.

@Zug Zug

Besides the fact that there are a lot of ps3/360 ports there, I just really can't get excited over a bunch of fitness games, party games and generic shooters (aliens colonial marines, killer freaks from outer space).

darksiders 1 was mediocre, 2 doesn't look much better.
not interested in racing games like dirt
how could anyone possibly be excited about arkham city for the wii u?
metro 2033 put me to sleep and last light looks just as bad

I can only really get behind two or three of the titles there. Namely, NSMBM, the Marvel game if it looks any good and Pikmin.
