Don't get smart, they score on a 20-point scale, from 0.5 up to 10.0.

Technically, they score from 0.0 (Work it) up to a 10. But if that's a 20-point scale, then what is Spirit Tracks score? They gave it a 9.3, which would be an 18.6 on a 20 point scale. Hell, why not just argue that IGN scores on a 100 point scale.
