- Bren: The main character who came to the academy on EDN-3rd from EDN-2nd. He's friendly and not shy, is driven by curiosity, and aims to be number one at everything he does.

- TeeKee: This special girl is a member of a snow pirate group that longs to live alongside EDN-3rd's native Akrid creatures.

- Chris Lanbert: An elite member of the academy with long experience in a Vitality Suit. He has confidence in his aim, and will come to consider Bren his rival.

- Julie Fliesher: The group's "mood maker." She's not only skilled with a Vitality Suit, but also has great knowledge and affection. She's secretly in love with Bren (or possibly his Vitality Suit, Gingira).

- Luan Forest: Luan entered the academy ahead of Bren and is his superior. He's devoted to data gathering, and has a lot of knowledge.

- Gingira: Bren's Vitality Suit. Gingira is a prototype with next generation AI which allows it to speak with its pilot and even automatically take simple actions. The Gingira name was given to it by Bren when he first boarded the machine. Gingira refers to Bren as "Master."

...This looks like a manga'd up version of Lost Planet mixed with Gundam. I really care AT ALL for anime or whatever, but the colour-filtering they're doing looks f***ing RAD!

I love the style.
The scope is nice, but smaller than what you might expect of the PS3, yet still appreciated for a handheld.

I hope it comes out stateside.

Looks amazing. I am just not sure if what I am looking at is PS3 or 3DS. Some of the textures and low poly in some parts suggest that what we're seing is the 3DS version... or perhaps there is a mix of both in the video? In any case, if the game looks close enough to this(and I am not sure why it cant look pretty much just like this) I will buy this thing up in no time... assuming it gets a stateside release.

I'm guessing both versions will look the same. The game is not too hardware demanding, and MT Framework Mobile can do some pretty amazing graphics on the 3DS.

@Broken_Cartridge I don't imagine it will look a lot worse. This game looks pretty simple, especially for a cell shaded game. RE revelations is probably more impressive in that way.

Umm... Well... Maybe the game will be okay. I like the idea of bosting around and shooting, but I'm not so impressed with the trailer. Hopefully the game will actually be decently fun.

Anyone notice that it looks like legends 3? In fact, it kind of looks like it's running off of the legend 3 engine (might be exaggerating a bit)

In fact, Capcom could make people happy if they just turn this into a megaman game, but maybe somepeople wouldn't like that. It looks cool, i really hope it comes here

If you ask me, I'd say the 3DS is actually the lead platform for this game and the PS3 version is just an up-port. The character don't have dynamic shadows, that wouldn't be the case if PS3 was the lead platform. Some of the textures looked 3DS quality also.

The 3DS version is likely to look almost exactly the same.

also if you noticed things "popping" out of the "manga" pages and yeah i think this was the 3ds footage and if you dont believe me then just compare the recent RE 3ds titles in graphics
