EDIT/@Topic: I suppose they could've had 3DS games, but what do we have left from Nintendo? Animal Crossing, Luigi's Mansion 2, Paper Mario 3D and NSMB2?
Only two I would expect to see listed on a "most anticipated" list would be LM2 and PM3D, and LM2 is stretching it because, while I loved the game, I think there are still a lot of people who feel it didn't need a sequel/didn't want one.

Just Pikmin 3.
not that it should have been on the list, but Killer Freaks is one that we know is Wii U exlusive and should be at E3.

We don't really know of any Nintendo games that are going to be shown at E3 other than Pikmin 3 and maybe yet another rehash of New Super Mario Bros. We can't really get too excited about games we know nothing about. Just putting "Wii U" on the list makes sense to me.
