Think of Jet Force Gemini with Fox’s known agility as he’s portrayed to having in the Smash Bros. series. (Fox will move more like Ryu Hayabusa from Ninja Gaiden and less like he did in Star Fox Adventures).

I like pizza and I like ice cream, doesn't mean I ever want to see them on a plate together.

The ONLY logic behind a crossover of these 2 series' from Retro is that Iwata gave Retro the chance to characterize Samus Aran themselves, and Retro thought it would be good to have peers around her, aka other Mercenaries/Bounty Hunters, without it getting too out of control and terrible, all the while having it MAKE SENSE.

thresholdXCI wrote:True, but why go to the extra effort of carefully shoe-horning Star Fox characters in when you could just make up some far more fitting new characters? I guess I'm just not massive on cross-overs. Except things like Smash Bros, but only because it's so silly.
Fox: "Where'd you learn to fly?"
Samus: "..."
Fox: "Very informative" (Sarcastically)

Fox McCloud wasn't always sarcastic,I think the 8 year gap between Star fox 64 and Star Fox Adventures took it's toll on him. I mean you would become sarcastic or crazy if you had no work, had to live with Slippy and your brotastic wingman just decided to up and leave because of boredom.

One line doesn't equal all out sarcasm. Falco could fill the line better probably. He's more the arrogant jerk type anyway.
