Hello everyone!
My name is Carolina, I'm from Portugal.

I'm a gamer sice I was 5 or so, I started with Playstation and ended up on Wii.
I now own Playstation, a PSP fat, a PSP Slim. And as for the Nintendo family I have :
GameBoy Pocket
GameBoy Color
GameBoy Advance SP
Nintendo DS Lite
Nintendo Wii (I have 2 actually, one I won at a Wii sports tournament)

I'm 16 and I'm a student. Will go to college within a year. I love to play Puzzle Quest Challenge of the Warlords on the DS, it's my current addiction as is Wii Sports, I'm always playing it
I love China and Japan, and their languages and cultures as well, I will study all that in college. I want to be an interpreter/translator or have some job in diplomatics.



PS: I have Metroid Prime Hunters and 42 All time classics (I also have Pokémon, but I don't play it that much :\) to play online os the DS, however I can only play online on sundays (and am trying to fix that problem).

Oh yeah, I just now saw this thread... I'm aighead or Austin. I'm new to the fan-dom of Nintendo but have kinda found that I like Nintendo the best of the consoles throughout the ages... I've been playing video games since The big box style Pong and have just within the Wii's lifespan found GoNintendo and became a Nintendo news junky. Well, name's Judo, a 22 year old turtle living in Kuwait. Been gaming as long as I can remember(prolly started at the age of 3 or 4). Though I don't consider myself a "fanboy" of any particular first party company, I do like Nintendo more than either Sony or MS.

While I do frequently visit GoNintendo.com to read news and to watch videos etc., I still had to register for the forums you have
here -- So, I decided simply to create an account here, and Squadalaa we're off!

Who am I? Well, I am a Swede guy in upper teen years. Currently spending most of my time working as a video game sales official/marketer for a company (not Gamestop/EB Games!) here in Sweden. With many interesting game releases this autumn, there is much to do and from a rather tedious summer break, business is on the go once again.

My spare time I spend playing games, watching movies, reading books, creating music and socializing with fellow forumites etc. And of course I work out to keep myself fit.

My favorite games include The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time, R-Type II, Castlevania Nocturne in the Moonlight, Pole Position, Sutte Hakkun and many many more.

From reading the various comments to the articles on main page, I am sure I'll have a great time here. I must also say that I like the page layout very much. It is very easy to navigate the page, and that I think will be a real benefit from other gaming websites.

Hi all, I am new to the boards. I was formerly a member of the 1up boards for 6 yrs, but I have grown tired of the anti-Nintendo nature of that site. I dont know if any one else feels this way, not only about 1up, but also about many other gaming forums. Nintendo is often left out of "hardcore" gaming discussions even when their contributions are relevant. I look forward to having a more balanced experience here. -Thanks

Well, hello. I've visited this site for quite a long time already, and once I saw the make-over, I couldn't avoid to find it a bit confusing, but that's because I'm used to the old look. Nothing a bit of habit can't fix. ^^

Well, I'm Fontes, a Nintendo fan like many of you. My favourite game ever is no other than Zelda Ocarina of Time, which I'm sure not to be the only one. But even though my favourite game is 3D, I'm a BIG fan of 2D game mechanics. So yeah, I belong to the old-school group. I'm 22, and Portugal's the place I live in (I WANNA GET OUTTA HERE!!! T_T). I currently work on a webcomic, which can be viewed by clickin on that cute lil' banner, right in my signature space. To anyone who visits it, and decides to stick around, thank you very much. ^^

Alright, I'm new to the GN boards, but I was a commentor on the main site for a while under the name Commodore Korok (also on NSider2). Before that I was Kokiri_kid12. And probably something else before that. So, I finally got a good new name.
I waited 10 hours in line to get my Wii at launch at the best (IMO) place. Gamecrazy. In Redmond, Wa. (NOA base). Wootwoot. My consoles, in order of appearance, GB, GBC, SNES, GBA, GC, DS, Wii.

Also, I'll try to add Lincoln's Beard to future avatars.

Hey everybody! My name's Danny and I've been a reader of the site for 2 years. I've been looking for a new forum to spend my time on, and the redesign of GN felt like a good opportunity to do so.

Out of all my hobbies, I feel most passionately about music. I love listening to it, playing it, and writing it. A few of you might know me from the.. 10 or so comments I've left over my 3 years being a GoNintendo reader.
The new redesign dragged me in. If I have to register to the forums to use the redesign properly, then I may aswell drop in on here.
Just to go in the vain of above posters.

I'm 16, been an avid Nintendo gamer since, well, since my parents bought me a SNES at the age of 3. I own every major Nintendo console and handheld since, and a NES. Owned N64, NGC and Wii all on launch days.
Haven't bought a Magnavox Odyssey yet though, been meaning to for a while.
I don't own any other consoles, don't feel the need. PC gamer for anything I can't get on a Nintendo console.

Hey everyone, this is SSBKirby otherwise known as Koehler at other forums. I've been a huge Nintendo fan since the Gamecube era. My favorite franchises are Smash Bros, Kirby, Animal Crossing, Mario, and Madden. Gonintendo is my favorite site for Nintendo updates but I slightly dislike the new design but I finally decided to register here.

I'm new. More of a fan of the old Nintendo. The 8-bit and 16-bit Nintendo. I love my DS and I loved my GBA but never did get into the N64,I even got it at launch. The Gamecube I only kept for about a year and haven't regretted selling it. I haven't bothered getting a Wii yet. I"ll get it someday.

Well, those who chat on IRC probably know me by now. I've been hanging around the site pretty much since its inception, and started chatting on IRC about a year and a half to two years ago.

A lot of people think I'm an evil jerk. Perhaps I am. I'm highly opinionated, but I use solid logic to back up most of my opinions. I'm a fairly laid back guy, but I tend to be competitive - mainly because I try to be the best at everything I can be, and push myself to overcome any obstacle or opponent.

People I like tend to be honest, competitive, determined, fair, kind, reasonable and logical.

People I don't like are the exact opposite - those who think they are entitled to something without having earned it, liars, cheaters, whiners, crybabies, people who hide within/behind social cliques and/or cowards.

I'm a big fan of Nintendo going back to the days of the NES (I started playing when I was only 3 years old - I'm 25 now). I enjoy all forms of video games regardless of what platform they're on, but Nintendo games have always tended to be of a higher quality in my opinion.

My all time favorite games include Final Fantasy 6, Zelda (pretty much all of them), Secret of Mana, Smash Bros. Brawl, Halo 3 and Mario Kart DS.

I'm always up for a brawl in Smash or race in MKWii (Brawl: 4167 4149 4373, MKWii: 2191 8439 2002) and am pretty much always idling in IRC - feel free to join and send me a PM if you feel like playing me (if I'm around, I'll answer).
