I got Platinum back in April or so, but stupidly kept adding registration numbers for a few games after that. I finally decided to just hold and wait to add SoulSilver in after July 1st. Right now, I have 2220 coins(I haven't used any yet), but I just noticed I actually have three post-play surveys to take that I hadn't realized, so that would be what... 2250 after I take those. Really hope they change the prizes again some time soon.. :/

I wonder what we'll get for Platinum, or what the Gold members can look forward to..

I reached Platinum July 1st last year. I held off registered anything else that year....until March and went a little crazy to get Game and Watch 2 and the Mario posters. I think I racked up 1200 points that day (I had previously gotten the first Game and Watch and the Zelda posters). I tried to get the Netflix survey to appear, but never could.

With a new DSi, a few of the newer release (SMG2 and S&P2), and play surveys, I'm hoping to at least get 3/4th of the way to Platinum for 2011 this week.

I only wish they'd allow Platinum users to get both a Platinum and the Gold prize.

I'm guess the Platinum prize will be SMG2 or Metroid related, with another Calendar for the Gold.

Hit Platinum by December for Last Club Nintendo Year and got me the SMB DS Case for the 600. I'm happy cause the Mario Hat i got i was able to get signed by Charles Martinet! (Woot!) Soon as this year hit, I reached Gold easy, but XMas when I got my DSi I was pushed over for Platinum. Still sitting on 620 coins w/ no idea what to grab.

Next year is gonna be a pain to hit Platinum. I got some post plays and other surveys in Queue, but still may not be enough. XD I'ma guess either a A Samus Helmet or Arm Cannon, Link Shield or Hat... IDK. It's up for grabs on Platinum.

Yes you get A prize. Last year you could choose between a Mario Hat or Doc Louis's Punch-Out!! wiiware game. I chose the latter. I hope they have something a bit cooler this year.

Didn't think I'd get to Platinum status this time, but turns out I never registered my copy of NSMB Wii so I just made it.

I hope they give us something awesome this year, but I'm not holding my breath.

One more day till reset. They announced the Punch Out and Calendar for Club Nintendo members on July 14th last year, so expect the announcement sometime around that date this year.

My guess is Nintendo has to see how many people made it to each level before they decide on what they can afford and/or manufacture for the prizes.

okay so The club nintendo rewards were just annouced if you are a gold satus you get a calender(just like last years) and if you are a platinum member you get an awsome mario & co. statue!

Platinum members get a Super Mario Figurine.

Platinum members get a choice between either prize.

I'm up to 490 points for this year, but the site is starting to slow down and not load properly. I've got my SMG2 and Pikmin registration surveys. Those two will bump me up to 600.

Still have an unused Sin and Punishment, Bowser's Inside Story, and Nintendogs waiting for next year. Or another flood of cool prizes

Heh, Club Nintendo is up in hell! One Platinum Prize has been revealed so far, but the site is mad slow and on some accounts it says that you haven't reached the level for a prize... even though I hit platinum already!

Well right NOW I'm concerned about the fact that "My Coin History" is currently turning up a big fat BLANK right now, even after finally registering SoulSilver. I blame it on the transition, but I sure hope that's a very very very temporary error. It also stated, after I finished the survey, that my previous coins for 2250, but my current coins were (|) <---- a coin-icon with no numbers beside it. So I sure hope they fix that soon, or it's just an error on the part of my browser or something.

Prize-wise, yes, disappoint. One of those times I wish I just got Gold status. Oh well, nothing I can do about it except get a non-functional figurine to go with my non-functional Mario Hat.

Nah dude, you can pick from either Gold or Platinum prizes instead of picking from 2 platinum prizes this time around. XD Screw it, i'll take the Mario Figurine and place it next to the Mario Swag of my Shelf (Signed Mario Hat, NWS Mario Mug, and Signed Mario Super Sluggers baseball.)

It appears the site has calm down a bit. I was able to finish up my two surveys, thus getting Platinum status for 2011.

All my coins and surveys were returned as well.

So I ordered my figurine this morning, bought S&P2 this afternoon, registered it, took the 5 post play survey's I had, got 350 coins, bought the Mario Posters, downloaded Rotozoa and Mario Tennis off the VC waiting post play surveys, currently at 120 coins for next year so have a long way to go. Been a busy Wii and Club Nintendo day .

That's the point - it is a free gift for reaching Platinum status. It doesn't cost any coins.

Just to have an idea of when my platinum gift will come in how long did it take people to get their platinum prize last year?

For those that ordered their reward if you either got the calenders or the Mario Characters figure.



Why does it take so long for them to deliver it? I was so happy when I found out that they would be having the Mario characters figure on there for the reward. But then it says it won't be delivered until the end of December. I think that is BS.
