Well, I just hopped off the Battlefield 3 Beta on the PS3, and have gotten in a few matches since Thursday.
In September though, I played:
Medal of Honor: Vanguard (Wii)
Borderlands (PS3)
Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection (PS3)
Greg Hastings Paintball 2 (PS3)
Super Mario Bros. (Virtual Console)

Beat Shadow of the Colossus, and the game screwed me out of the 'kill all the Shining Lizards' Trophy. Despite running at a much smoother framerate, the gameplay mechanics don't hold up all that well, especially with the changes made to it from the European version. They just made it more difficult for the sake of making it more difficult. The idea of going through each Colossus more than once quickly becomes a chore by the end. In a generation, people will most likely claim that it was never art, and tried to hard to be art, and that's ultimately why it doesn't hold up over time. Good art holds up over time.

I just got through beating Zelda OoT Master Quest on 3DS.
Have been playing Four Swords Anniversary Edition and have beat everything except the last two levels on the Heroes trial. Just finished the third Vaati's Palace level.
Just started a new Game of Chrono Trigger for DS I am going to try to get the rest of the endings.
Also just stated a new game of A Link To The Past on GBA.
Still progressing (very slowly) through Zelda 2 on 3DS.
Tried beating Dracula X on Virtual Console again recently but still can't do it.
I was playing Punch-Out!! for Wii but I can't get past Von Kaiser on the Title Defense mode so I haven't played that for a couple weeks.
I am also playing Fragile Dreams but I am taking forever on that because I haven't had much time to play it lately.

You forgot that is has an omg amazingly deep and philosophical story. Regardless, I agree. Team Ico's rather overrated for what they've done. In more than a decade, all they've developed are two mechanically flawed games and a mechanically flawed port of said games. A good storyteller is one thing, a good game developer is another. Team Ico's the former, but they've yet to prove their worth in the latter.

I haven't played much of Other M, but I manage to get in a hour or so of playtime every couple of weeks. So far I'm at the snowy/cold/frozen area. Right now, I think I'm nearing the end of this area. I've met MB and fought the yellow monster machine. I'm kinda tired of this area, though, because it feels like I've fought the same enemies and traversed the same rooms dozens of times. The tree monster encounters are the worst. When I first fought it, sure the actual fight wasn't that great, but the creature itself, in accord with the music and speedy action, was the scariest and most harrowing enemy encounter. Now I've fought the same creature like three of four times in less than an hour. Hopefully the next area is coming up soon cause I'm cold and tired.

Mechanics - Dodging sucks. Like really, really, really sucks. I died a number of times because I couldn't dodge when I wanted to. First-person also sucks. Particularly during those "detective" sequences. Other M is an action game, and like any good action game, developers shouldn't be frugal with the number of buttons used. The devs should have gone with a Wiimote + Nunchuck setup. Anyway, I like the speed. Auto-aiming isn't bad either, especially when combined with speed to make some incredibly entertaining combat sequences. Blasting away enemies is pretty tight. Flawed but tight. Despite, the action-packed combat with common enemies, boss fights have somehow managed to blow. The fight with that purple lizard was particularly underwhelming.

Story - Maybe it gets worse later, but as of my current experience with the game, the wars concerning story and cutscenes are blowing things way out of proportion. With the way people slaughter each other in message borads, I was expecting Metroid Gear Solid 4, but there really aren't that many cutscenes and neither of the ones I've seen have been that long.

The whole Samus taking orders from a man thing is sexist is also ridiculous. People are arguing about it without any context. Biso- I mean Adam's an army commander. It's rather bloody obvious that he's gonna go around giving orders to everyone who's working with, and therefore under, him. With that said, the item equipping is dumb, particularly since he only give it to you at later times when you could have been using it as an advantage at the beginning of the level. I do have some complaints with the story, though. There have been some lapses in logic and I absolutely can't stand stuff like that. In sector 2 I think, where you fought the cyborg Zebes creatures, the entire time you were alone. But once you fight those creatures and defeat them, the doors open and the entire platoon of soldiers comes walking in as if they were right behind you. Yeah, uh, where the hell were they the whole time I spent taking down swarms of alien creatures? There are others, but I don't remember at this time.

Presentation - The atmosphere is great. The loneliness and isolation is perfect and gave me quite a few chills since I was playing at night, all alone. The subtle details such as glowing eyes and background sounds add quite nicely to the overall feeling. The slow-motion sequences such as running from the lava creature are also pretty nice. One of my favorite aspects of the game. Visuals polish is decent, but it could have been better. I haven't had a chance to sit down with the soundtrack, but the music I've heard definitely fits the in-game experience. Overall, the general presentation of the game is probably it's biggest advantage. I'm always on the edge of my seat, expecting things to pop out of every corner.

All in all, Other M's an okay game that has some decent, and even great, moments. I'd love a sequel that irons out all the wrinkles.

I expect a post just as long detailing your rage.

Alan Wake - I've played 2 Episodes of it. Facial animations are HORRENDOUS. The best thing about it is the atmosphere and the fact that branches and such move when you move past them closely, giving some weight to the world. Story isn't really compelling me though. Alan's an unlikable asshole, clear as day. He's also full of himself.

Gran Turismo 5 - Remote Racing it up as usual. I'll download the DLC once my brother gets it.

Shadow of the Colossus - I beat all Normal Time Attacks, so now I'll go and find all 7 Shining Lizards...again, because the game cheated me last time.

Four Swords Anniversary - Beat the 2nd Door of the Realm of Memories. I really don't like the Classic Worlds so far. They're way too long.

I'm mostly replaying some old games in wait for november. On my 3ds I play mostly play Street Fighter but I'm trying to finish the original Legend of Zelda too.
For the first time in like FOREVER I'm playing Smah bros. Brawl again mostely for the music. I used to be sooo into that game. It's fun to watch some old crazy home-run replays too.
As for my xbox I play Halo Reach and Portal 2. Trying to go through all the challenge maps in the recent Portal 2 dlc and get high scores the best I can.

I don't think I'm going to be 100%ing Four Swords Anniversary Edition, so I'm now replaying Four Swords Adventures on Gamecube. I now have Mario Strikers Charged on Wii and it's so ridiculously fun.

I'm also still playing Super Smash Bros. Brawl on occasion because now I'm trying to make stereoscopic 3D pictures for 3DS using Brawl's snapshot mode.

If you're using the mobile forums on the 3DS's Internet Browser, tap this picture of Western Onett from Brawl:

Wasn't that post negative enough? Also, I played about three hours yesterday. Made it all the way to a certain cutscene with a certain purple Nintendo character (can you guess who?). I don't have the time now, but expect post detailing my annoyance with certain things. Also, that certain purple character is hands-down one of the coolest Nintendo characters. He better be a priority for SSB4, no excuses will be acceptable.

Started Resistance 2 at the weekend. Gameplay's pretty much like it was in the first (which is good), visually it's a lot nicer with the environments being a lot more varied and colourful. Unfortunately the narrative's pretty terrible so far. I'm about 3 hours in and I have no idea what's really happened. You just seem to jump from one place to another, and while the other characters are explaining what's going on I'm usually busy fending off other enemies. I understand why they'd want to ditch the past-tense narration, but at least it worked.

Played some more GT5 as well. The interior view for the Formula GT cars is really cool, not really seen much of the other features of the Spec II updgrade. The new opening movie may have just topped SSF4 for my favourite of this gen though.

Ace Attorney game, I know they have been out for a while but i cant believe how engaging the game is. The replay value is low. I found myself learning different things about courtroom procedures and the law.

Just don't apply everything from the series to real life. If you act like Phoenix in a real cort-room, prepare for a judge to toss you in the slammer for obstructing the cort. =P

I'm playing Sonic Generations right now, and I think I'm going to go for the platinum trophy. Afterwards, I'm probably going to try to play Uncharted 3, although I heard single player has aiming issues particular to input lag. In any case, I got a whole lot of games to play, including Kirby's Return to Dreamland, Ratchet and Clank All 4 One, and the new Layton game.

Played Uncharted 3. The gameplay was terrible, thus the game is bad. It was a rental. I won't be buying.

Played Sonic Generations to completion and doing 2/3 of the Challenges. It brings a small grin to my face whenever I play it. Playing as Classic Sonic makes me appreciate Modern Sonic more since there are things I can't do with him that I'd like. The game gives me a Mega Man 9 vibe, but less pronounced. It was a rental. I will be buying it.

Layton 3 - I'm up to Chapter 6 or so. It's going well I guess. The story is kind of what's pushing me through this one more than the Puzzles, which are really obscure at times.

I was playing Last Spectre up until a week ago, when I began my epic run through Uncharteds 1 and 2 in anticipation of Drake's Deception. Now I've started that and hope to finish in time for Mario 3D Land on Sunday. It shouldn't be a problem, seeing as the Uncharteds don't typically clock above 10 hours. Uncharted 3 is pretty awesome so far, although I've still got a ways to go. I know some found the opening chapters slow-paced and dull, but I absolutely loved the way they absorbed me into Drake's world. And the Chateau! MY GOD, WAS THAT EPIC!

And, of course, suuuuuper excited to start Mario 3D Land!

Finally beat Layton 3. Man, that game finished off with a lot of cutscenes.

Got 1000g in Sonic Generations. I highly recommend that game, but not at $50. It's just fun...for the most part.

Just got done getting all the endings and maxing my characters in Chrono Trigger for DS again, I am missing like 5 items because they are in the Arena of Ages and I always forget to train my monster.

Finally started really playing Sonic Colors (I started it when it first came out played a few hours and started doing something else and didn't play it again, so I started over), almost done with that but only have about half S ranks. I am actually really enjoying it, so much better than anything after Sonic Adventure 2. In fact it's the best 3D Sonic game I've Played, and I've played all of them (at least a little before I turned it off in disgust) besides Sonic 06 or whatever it's called, and Generations which I plan on getting but probably not til next year.

Also, started Super Mario 3D Land yesterday. I absolutely love it. I need to pry myself away from that before I lose interest in Sonic Colors again.

Skyrim - Pretty good thus far. Some big annoyances and minor bugs though. I'm not surprised, but the big annoyances aren't glitches, aside from the Texture Issue.

Monster Hunter Tri - Got it for $10, thought it deserved a second chance. I still enjoy it immensely. Too bad I'm starting over from scratch though.

Gears of War 3 - Mainly just grinding some XP/Ribbons/Medals.
