Which podcast moment made you laugh hardest?

Postby Taraalcar » 25 Sep 2007 13:17

There have of course been many, many hilarious things said on the podcast. Which had you laughing like you have never laughed before? Or if you can't remember, say the TYPE of thing you will generally laugh at.

I think the hardest I ever laughed was the recent 'Gonintendo Bop-it' discussion. 'Hear it! Sense it! Think about it!' I dont know why, but it was so delightfully stupid that I was laughing for about a half hour afterwards.
How do you tell if someone has the intelligence of a retarded goldfish? Ask them if they believe that 9/11 was a government conspiracy. If they say yes, then you know they do.

I don't know what episode it was from, but I know it was from a while back.

They were telling the story about them eating dinner with some nintendo rep (that I can't think of right now) then they said he spilled his food all over his lap. They all laughed at that then someone said (like they were talking to the rep) "Here let me lick that up for you."

I almost died from laughter.

Yes!The bop-it thing made me laugh so hard!

Bop it,Twist it,smell it!

And another thing is when Mom Brain said:

"And when it comes to 2 year old Teekwon...you are the father!"

I'd say its a tie between bop it discussion and the first time they did the will smith cry. :D

In recent times, the Bop It discussion really has to be the funniest thing. There were equally if not more funny in some of the older podcasts, but they escape me at the moment.

I think it's happened a couple of times, but every once in a while, RMC will just stop and ask someone else, "Why are you so WEIRD today?" I don't know, I thought it was hysterical... I've gotten a lot of milage out of reusing that line ever since 8)

Recent LOL moments include the Bop-it talk, and the...um...female genitalia Training talk. Some classic moments include Nicky's and Mom Brain's fights, Deux Michael's beats, and the crazy Miyamoto Theater.

I just got another 'LOL' moment.

I was watching the Phantom Hourglass Live-Feed and after the first cut scene RMC went to adjust the camera and he wasn't at the DS.All of a sudden you see a finger touch the screen and someone say

"Haha,I moved before you."

I think it was JTS(Though don't qoute me on this because i'm not to good with reconizing everyones voices)

In a pretty recent webisode, Lube was explaining an episode of the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. According to him, the episode consisted of Will trying to pick up a girl, and Geoffrey pretending to be from Connecticut. I don't know why, but I crack up every time I think about it.

Wait, no, Will was at first, pretending to be a nice young man (maybe from Connecticut) and then, he changed into a 'gangsta'. :P
I watch too much Fresh Prince.

As far as I can remember, I know I cried of laughter in the show where it all got screwed up into 8 second clips, they ended up recording it at like 1 in the morning, and Nicky Hill was confusing the Mario Brothers TV show with the Theme song for Gummi Bears.

PURE GENIOUS.

It always makes me laugh when the GoNintendo Crew (usually Rawmeat) talks about Sonic music, and then they always sing.

"Move it like this and shove it like that and fold it like this and put it in there!"

:D That gets me every time.

I just listened to episode 106. I just had an LOL moment.
RMC was making fun of NickyHill and said, pretending to be him, "I like playing Pictochat by myself."
And then a little later, Kirby says, "THE PICTOCHAT IS COMING FROM INSIDE THE HOUSE." As a reference to the urban legend with the phone call from inside the house.
I don't know why, but I thought that was so funny. :)

There's too many for me to even count, but I can remember laughing pretty hard at a typographical error in one of the scripts that read "Teenage Mutant Minja Turtles".

I'd say I laughed the hardest during webisode 68 when the crew was asked about their backgrounds on their computers. When it got JTS, he started to answer "Mine rotates between..." then RMC interrupts him saying "Molecules! Atoms: Building Blocks of Life!"

That was over 40 podcasts ago and I still crack up every time I hear it.

The "Bop-it" discussion was definately the most hilarious moment recently. The thing that made it funny was everyone else laughing, especially rawmeat saying "I like sniff it" while holding back laughter.

I've laughed just as hard at other parts in the past (which I don't remember). It's always an adventure listening to laugh out loud moments in Gonintendo, because of when I listen to the podcast. I listen to it usually on Sunday night, when everyone in the whole house is in bed. I lay in the bed with my iPod on and the lights off (insert "bow chicka bow wow" joke here), and listen until it's over, or until I get tired. So whenever a really funny part happens I have to try not to laugh very loudly, because I don't want my family members to think I'm crazy!

Back in December, when the crew was talking about their experience with Wii bowling, one of the podcast members (it was either Nicky Hill, Kirby, JTS, or Deux, I can't remember now) said something along the lines of "One time, right after I threw the bowling ball, I heard some Mii in the audience yell 'YEAH!' and then I got a strike." The way he said "YEAH" was very funny to me.

Lube was trying to describe a pokemon to Rawmeat and he said that it had a bone helmet or something along the lines of that...

He said that it wasn't a Cubone for the whole show and at the end Rawmeat showed him a picture and he was shocked to see that it was in fact a Cubone.

That was so funny.
That picture was amazing though. I really liked it. Kirby should do more video game characters on drugs.

Don't you mean, "Kirby should draw more elderly video game characters?"

And I believe Nintenho said that, not Mom B.
