I rarely post on here, and sorry if this is going off topic, but I've played the 3DS Mario at E3 and it was subpar. They brought back the tanooki suit but it doesn't do anything. It doesn't fly, nor turn into a statue. And the whole game just seemed slow and clunky in general. Of course, it was still in development and maybe things have changed since then...geozeldadude wrote:i haven't heard any excitement about the 3DS mario title bringing back the mario land name, which could be really cool. tatanga was awesome! i feel like there's a lot to look forward to and people just aren't giving nintendo enough credit for all that they're trying to accomplish.

RMC is not acting like it's the end of Nintendo. He's not going "I've had enough. I'm shutting down the site and boycotting Nintendo until they bring these game over here." He simply says what he thinks of the current situation and goes about work as usual, giving people who feel the same way a place to voice their opinions without clogging up the whole site. He also endorsed Operation: Rainfall. I'd say those are pretty constructive. At the very least, they are destructive.

Nintendo isn't magic. They don't have the awesome third party support to help it look good anymore. It's just another company. That's all to it.
For them to win anyone's trust, they need to start operating as a trustworthy company from 2011, and not from the N64/Gamecube era. If even RMC of GoNintendo is upset, then they're doing something wrong.
