Been going through a bit of Metroid lately... just recently bought and finished Metroid II off of the eShop. Oddly enough, without having played the game for probably five years, I was still able to *barely* beat the game in under three hours, giving me the best ending for that. Then, I went back to the Ambassador version of Metroid-NES, and managed to beat THAT in under two hours total(but having been on the same play-session since whenever we got them last year), getting the best ending. That one surprised me because I forgot where the screw attack was, and by the time I went out of my way to get it, I was sure I'd added way too much extra time, but somehow it was enough to get everything.

Ambassador Metroid Fusion on the other hand, I know I won't get the best ending on that for a while, since I think it relies on item-collection percentage as WELL as time for the best ending, and I know I haven't gotten anywhere near that. But my save-file was near the end anyway, so there's the last of the 3DS games down. It's funny, when I got to the SX on this particular save-file, I had such a hard time with it and died right away... today I stepped into that fight and clobbered her before I even realized the fight had started... I guess my strategy from the original GBA game kicked in before I knew it, ha.

Looking forward to the next wave of Club Nintendo free-stuff, hope it's something I don't have yet, like DK'94 or something like that. But like everyone else, I'm mostly waiting on Wario Land. Thinking about Colors! 3D, not sure really, just spent actual money on SAI so I think I should leave it at that. Otherwise I should probably just get back to Minecraft, Youtube, and different art-projects..

I've mostly been jumping between Kid Icarus: Uprising and 3D Classics: Kid Icarus (whose original NES version I've had prior, albeit short-lived, experience with). And while it's still pretty dang hard, I think maybe Uprising has helped prepare me for some of the more frantic and fast-paced points.

I'll probably look into downloading Of Myths and Monsters (which I actually owned in cartridge form way back when) sometime in the distant future. Haven't played it in forever, and it'd be nice to come back to after gaining some perspective from the other two games.

Just recently downloaded Dillon's Rolling Western though, so I'll probably be starting that pretty soon.

I'm really playing any particular genre right now, since school doesn't let me play some genres right now, and I have some RPGs sitting in the shelf, but right now, I play just any DS game I can get, and replays of my old games, which is something I really like.

Adding Episode 2 of Sonic 4 to my "now playing" list, along with the "starter" version of Diablo 3, just to see what it's like and if I'd like to play it with some pals of mine.

Among other things, I've been playing through FFVI on PS1 in chunks here and there over the last several months. Still going back now and again to get more of the 100% on the last Kirby game. Really need to go back and pick up Little King's Story, a good game that I haven't touched for probably a couple years now, as well as needing to finish beating Muramasa.

Just recently I've been playing an old PC game I used to play as a teen in the late 90s, called Warlords 2. Old school fantasy strategy game. Pretty fun, but damn is it a time sink.

I picked up Monster World IV last week and I'm pleasantly surprised at this action RPG/platformer. Some of the platforming can be ridiculous though as some enemies can knock you into pits/into lava/other land hazards and you lose 2 hearts of health as a result. I only wish throwing your sidekick could have been more flushed out than just using your buddy to hit faraway switches.

I'm also still playing Pokemon Ruby on my DS. I really need to get back to playing Xenoblade, but I don't have the time right now. -_-;;

Been mostly playing Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility and now that DK'94 came out for Club Nintendo, I've been playing that now and then. Would have been more than worth the money if I spent any, but getting it for 'free' was definitely a nice surprise.

Also been doing a tiny bit in Minecraft again, since thankfully this used computer I managed to get can run it again, so that's nice. Got back into a little bit of Spelunky, which is a great game to pass small bits of time while waiting on YT videos to load. And of course, I'm still playing Pokemon Black/SoulSilver here and there, which is just the perfect type of game to do a little bit of grinding while waiting on appointments and stuff like that.

Otherwise, I've actually started "playing" a little bit of my own real life "Harvest Moon" by trying to do a small garden. At the moment, almost every single "garden bean"(which I hope to be a variety of green-bean of some kind because I can't find any comparisons between them) came up, but a few somehow forgot how to grow leaves, and wilted in the full sun. And then I've had about three or six garden bean plants eaten by a rabbit. :/ Most of them are doing good, though. Carrots seem to be popping up, but I had so many seeds I started dropping them into the ground in BIG groups(like 10 seeds in one spot because I had so many), so I'm not sure how well they'll grow bunched up all together. The ones in the large groups are the ones growing the tallest so far, so I dunno. I planted some sweet-pepper seeds, but I had a hard time telling the sprouts from weeds, and I have a bad feeling I might have thrown out a *few* at first, but I think most of them are still growing(if I've correctly identified them by now). Also got just a couple tomato plants(instead of seeds) and a few banana-pepper plants as well. Hoping at least something will grow well, but it'll be late July or mid-August before the earliest things begin to come in(the garden beans, I'm sure).

Still need to finish up my game on FFVI. Get sidetracked. Borrowed Skyrim from a friend for PS3. Decent game, put some hours into it. It's not as AMAZING as many make it out to be, but it's fun to pop in once in awhile. Still need to go back and finish up games like Muramasa and Epic Mickey, for that matter. Also recently started a game in Batman: Arkham Asylum....

My partner and I in Element4 recently played some Nintendo/Valve fusion in the game "Mari0". Mari0, for those of you who don't know, is essentially the old Super Mario levels...with a Portal gun. All in all, this game was quite amusing. It is a PC game that can be co-opped using the same computer with different key combinations (WASD, etc) or with a controller.
Some links to view gameplay:

Tons of things.

Just beat Rhythm Heaven (as in, got the Credits after 6th Remix; Still have other stages to go) and rebeat Darkside Chronicles in co-op with my girlfriend.

Simultaneously flipping between:
- Rayman (PS1)
- Pikmin 2 (Wii)
- Xenoblade Chronicles (Wii)
- Scribblenauts (DS)
- Kirby Mass Attack (DS)
- Shin Megami Tensei Persona (PSP)

Was playing some games on my 360, but it is currently dead (was almost done with Sonic's story in Sonic 2006, was doing Riddler's Challenge Maps in Arkham City, and was about to start playing Alice: Madness Returns).

Local Play N Trade is suddenly closing and are having a massive sale so I picked up LEGO Harry Potter Years 5-7, but more importantly: Red Steel 2 and Feel the Magic XY/XX.

Started up Feel the Magic, which I had played AGES ago before I even had a DS of my own. Love it, hahaha.

As of late have been playing Skyrim Dawnguard DLC, completed that (was actually pretty fun, regardless of the critics), now have been playing through Castlevania SOTN and it's a great game, first time playing it too. As for other newer games: Max Payne 3, Dirt 3, Super Mario 3D Land, Arkham City, Xenoblade. Kind of switch between them all :D fun times!

Right now, I'm currently playing through Xenoblade. About 35 hours into the game, and my god, it is fantastic. I beat Saints Row The Third a few weeks back and wanted to play online, but since I rented it from GameFly, and the games requires a code to play online, guess I won't be playing online, hehe.
