I think Pokemon Green, Pokemon Trading Card Game 2, a WiiWare Pokémon Mystery Dungeon, the Typing one, were the only ones not to get a release...not counting arcade one that mobile game. Shame that other poor spin offs make it, but TCG 2 didn't.
At least PG got a remake on GBA but its been too long since Nintendo did a TCG and the original GBC game was excellent.

Few corrections here; the West did not get Red and Green (we got two versions of Blue), TCG 2, Stadium 1 (our Stadium 1 was their Stadium 2, our Stadium 2 was their Stadium 3/GS), MD WiiWare, Typing DS, and a DS TCG simulator that was bundled with one of many Beginning Set reprints.

I thought we got Red and Green, but updated with Blue's sprites and Green renamed Blue? Damn the internet and too many different stories floating around.
