Majesco and FremantleMedia Announce Partnership to Bring American Idol Games to Market

EDISON, N.J., – June 13, 2012 – Majesco Entertainment (NASDAQ: COOL), an innovative provider of video games for the mass market, and FremantleMedia Enterprises (FME), the commercial and brand extension arm of FremantleMedia, today announced a strategic partnership to develop and produce interactive games based on the Emmy nominated American Idol television series. Under the terms of the partnership, Majesco receives the exclusive rights to publish games in North America.
