Japan - McDonalds using DS to train new employees
- McDonalds Japan will begin using the DS as an employee training tool later this year
- the program is called “eSmart.”
- new employees will use this software as a training aid
- two DS systems will be at all restaurants around the nation
- this will include 3700 locations as of February
- the program is costing McDonalds 200 million yen
- McDonalds is hoping to cut training time in half
