The Daily Mirror uses GTA headline to bash games

Ryan Donovan was sent to jail for 25 years yesterday after shooting crew members aboard his submarine as it was docked in Southampton. While it's a sad action by a very disturbed man, the Daily Mirror has decided to focus in on these GTA comments as their main story.

"The defendant just giggled and said he was thinking how to start a massacre. He started talking about Grand Theft Auto where you start a massacre and rack up points by killing." - Prosecutor Nigel Lickley QC

A few other news outlets have picked up on the GTA comment, while others have decided to actually report on the tragic event itself. Just as we saw one psychologist say the other day, it's the person that commits the act that has the issues, and blaming the game is just plain ignorant.

Our hearts and thoughts go out to all those that were impacted by their terrible event.
