Hudson to continue work under Konami, products and services to live on

It seems that all is not lost for Hudson. While the company is being fully absorbed into Konami, we've now learned that the Hudson team will continue on developing products in the same style. The likelihood of Hudson developing products based on existing Hudson licenses seems quite high. Even the official Hudson website will remain open.
