Project Zero 2: Wii Edition - new endings, enhancements and more haunted house mode info
The following information comes from an Iwata Asks with producer Keisuke Kikuchi...
- Fatal Frame 2: Crimson Butterfly was chosen to remake because the endings were memorable
- will have additional endings
- these endings aren’t going to make a simple happy ending
- features a third person camera
- revised maps to make them scary from this viewpoint
- added details to Mio and Mayu’s costumes
- made shoulder straps move when the characters run
- suggested that haunted house mode be played with friends
- several courses to explore
- events in the Haunted House mode are essentially random
- play by holding down a button to walk and when you let go you stop
- look around by moving the Wiimote
- scare your friends by using a second Wiimote to make ghosts appear
- you can also make the 1P remote shake
