Xseed heading in more of a digital direction, not abandoning retail

Taking things in a digital direction just makes more sense for Xseed. It cuts out a lot of the cost, which should let them spend more money on bigger acquisitions. Factor in the niche titles that they usually grab and you can see how a digital approach is the way to go.
