3DS folders remain open after system power-off
The 3DS likes to keep track of what you're doing in all sorts of areas, and that includes the newly-added folders option. If you leave a folder open on your 3DS while turning the system off, that same folder will be open when you power the system back on. I guess it's just one less step for those that want to jump right back into a game!
