- options include changing the tempo, adjusting the volume or adding an echo to the microphone
- view a standard video for song selections, a Mii performing the song or your own previously uploaded pictures in a slide show
- each user's Mii will have their own profile for the game
- you can store favorite songs and custom settings here
- Nintendo is releasing a special USB karaoke microphone that can be used with the game
- microphone will be sold as a standalone microphone and in a bundle with a trial disc
- disc contains 50 songs that can be accessed for 30 days
