Germany to blame for Euro Wii U eShop age-rating restrictions

Since Nintendo of Europe is based in Germany, Nintendo eShop is complying with German youth protection regulation which therefore applies to all our European markets. Well, it looks like there's no real way around that one. Might be time for Nintendo of Europe to open up office somewhere else!
