There is no calm before this storm because Team Plasma cards are making a thunderous debut this February in the brand-new Pokémon TCG: Black & White-Plasma Storm expansion. These electrifying new cards feature a striking blue border and blue tints in the card chrome. The infamous Team Plasma shield also sets these brand-new cards apart from other Pokémon TCG cards. Adding to the atmospheric turbulence are more Pokémon-EX, including Victini-EX, Cobalion-EX, and Lugia-EX.
