A tale of Nintendo customer service gone right
Earlier today, we had an article that discussed the Wii to Wii U transfer process. Due to a botched/returned Wii U, someone had lost out on $400 worth of digital content. They're still trying to get that content back.
Now we have someone on the flip side. This person spent nearly $600 on digital content and had major Wii U issues. In this instance, Nintendo actually completely fixed the problem, then threw a $50 bonus on top of it. I guess it all depends on who you talk to?
