Level-5 - If Professor Layton returns, it'll be different than it is now
Level-5 CEO Akihiro Hino was asked about the possibilities of a new Professor Layton trilogy kicking off. Here's what he had to say on the matter.
“If a seventh game was to be born one day, it probably won’t be the Layton we know today.”
I think the series is going to take a break for awhile. Once Level-5 can think up some new ideas for the brand, you can be sure it'll return. For now, I guess we'll have to wait for localizations of already-announced titles and some iOS games.
