Pokemon Global Showdown was filled with online cheaters
Statistics and info come from the Pokemon company...
- 1,558 cheaters
- cheaters didn't use regular in-game Pokémon or special rare Pokémon
- smartphone apps were used to "build" and edit Pokémon
- cheaters, broken down by age groups
Junior Division: 68 players
Senior Division: 335 players
Master Division: 1,155 players.
- three million players on the Global Link
- cheaters will not be included in the tournament's rankings
- Pokemon Company will do all it can to stop these cheaters for next time
