What's up with Brain Age: Concentration Training's European release?

I'm pretty sure Brain Age: Concentration Training didn't do well in the states. We hardly heard a thing about it. The game launched and just disappeared out of the minds of many. The thing is, the game hasn't even had the chance to disappear in Europe.

Brain Age: Concentration Training was originally due out in April, then received a delay. Now the game hasn't even turned up on Nintendo's most recent European release lists. What's going on with this title?
