GN Version 4.0
Wii U owners can already show off screenshots of their proudest, funniest, and most surprising moments from their favourite games on Miiverse, the innovative network communication system built in to Wii U. Now those screenshots can spread even further through the newly-launched Wii U Image Share service!

Using the Wii U Image Share service is easy. While playing supported software, push the HOME Button to suspend gameplay*, then open up the internet browser from your HOME Menu and go to https://i.nintendo.net. Log in to your Tumblr, Facebook or Twitter account, add a comment, and hit “Post”. That’s it! You can get more details on our Wii U Image Share service page.

The new service joins the Nintendo 3DS Image Share service, launched earlier this year, which lets fans of Animal Crossing: New Leaf post their in-game screenshots on social networks. Both image-sharing tools are available by visiting https://i.nintendo.net from their respective systems’ internet browsers.

The Wii U Image Share service is available after performing a system update, which also adds more features including the ability to display Wii software on the Wii U GamePad screen. For more information on what's included in the most recent system update, please visit our Support section.
