Coming from a Polygon interview with director Mark Pacini...

- items such as suits will give players perks like invulnerability or buffed bullet resistance
- boss fights are close to Mega Man style, where you find the weapon that works best
- story consists of many micro-stories woven together
- dev team worked to make sure the game wasn't over-complex, while still feeling grandiose like the console version
- cannot move and aim at the same tim
- focus was on combat and stealth
- combat needed to "feel like Arkham combat"
