- gives a Level 100 Shiny Palkia to Pokémon Black, White, Black 2 & White 2 games
- first event to distribute a Palkia as a shiny
- lasts until September 29th

- special preview of the new series will air October 19th on Cartoon Network
- this is in North America
- will give a sneak peek at the first two episodes
