RUMOR - Limited Edition Flet 3DS coming stateside, part of fast-food chain giveaway?

I've had someone email in with pictures of the Flet 3DS XL that we showed off the other day, but this one is slightly different when it comes to button coloring. The person that emailed this in stated that come February, a big fast-food chain is going to do a giveaway for 150 of these 3DS XLs. What do you guys think? Is this a clever fake or the real deal?
