You're looking at a snippet from Tokyo Ghoul Re, a manga running in Japan. There's no doubt that the scene depicts a Wii U pro controller, as the buttons give it away. Also, in the second image, you see mention of PK Fire. I think all Smash Bros. fans are well aware of that move!
