Super Mario Maker - another quick round of online details

- tap on a user's name to see the levels they've created
- auto-updated on courses made by creators you follow
- choose ‘Courses’ on the main Course World menu to see a bunch of options
- browse courses featured by Nintendo on the “featured” tab
- “Star Ranking” lets you view courses as ranked by popularity
- “Up & Coming” tab lets you view new courses
- when you finish a level, you can star the course, or comment on it
- comments can also be made during play
- those comments will stick around on the world for others to see
- comments can be toggled
