Japan - Over 300k Animal Crossing amiibo cards sold
Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer debuted to over 500k in sales for its first week in Japan, making it the number 1 game of the week. While that's great to see, there's another sales story worth pointing out. The first round of Animal Crossing amiibo card packs managed to sell 312k in that same week! Looks like the cards are indeed a hit...and it seems that Nintendo printed quite a few!
