Fan-translation of Captain Rainbow complete, but more help is needed

Here's a bit of good news for you. Kirameki Translations has announced that they've finished up work on their Captain Rainbow translation. It's taken them 3 years, but they've finally translated every bit of text in the game into English. Now for the bad part. They lack the technical know-how to actually patch the translation into the game. They're looking for a person/team to help them do that. Do you know anyone that might be able to help?
