GoNintendo 'End of Day' thought - What do you want Pikmin 4 to be on?

The weeks fly by...time is going so quickly. I guess that happens as you get older. I wouldn't say I'm old...but I'm certainly aging. Time really passes by in the blink of an eye. Anyone out there know how to slow this thing down?! See you in a few, short hours.

Miyamoto is the king of doing whatever the hell he wants at Nintendo. He doesn't like to follow the rules and says whatever he wants. Remember when people started figuring out Miyamoto's next games based on the hobbies he was sharing? That's just the way Miyamoto rolls, and his latest outburst lead to a pretty big surprise. We've learned that Pikmin 4 is on the way. Not only that, but we also heard that the title is nearing completion. Talk about a very big/nice surprise!

Here's the real kicker...Miyamoto didn't bother to tell us what platform the game would be on. Ah, we got so much information and yet we want more! It's the info we don't know that drives us crazy. Talk of Pikmin 4 lit the world on fire, making it one of the top Twitter trends in the entire world for the day. Fans and press alike were equally surprised with the announcement, but that reveal quickly paved the way for platform discussions. Now we all want to know what systems Pikmin 4 is going to be on!

With the state of Nintendo's hardware right now, we really have no idea what to expect. What in the world could PIkmin 4 be heading to? We could see it as a straight-up sequel to the Wii U game, which might explain how the title was put together so quickly and quietly. Perhaps we're going to see the first official Pikmin entry on a portable, thanks to the 3DS. Maybe it could even be the New 3DS! Hell, taking things a step further, maybe Pikmin 4 is going to be the game to showcase the NX!
