Rayman Raving Rabbids: TV Party had a bit in common with MadWorld. While we could actually play Rayman, we weren’t shown anything new. We got to play the same two minigames that have been on display since the first public demo…dancing and Wildebeest surfing. Once again, these have been previewed to death, and I’m not too sure what else there is to comment on.

Both games functioned extremely well. With each new Rayman game, it seems that the Ubisoft team handling development gets a better grasp on the controls. I really noticed this the most with the dancing mini-game. I honestly felt like my dancing moves were being registered, and when they did screw up, I felt that it was due to a mistake on my end.

The Wildebeest riding is still fun, and it makes me excited for the other balance board games. You may look like an idiot while sitting on the board, waving your hands in the air…but that shouldn’t be anything new for us Wii owners. Almost all Wii titles make us look a bit silly! Now, we get to look extra strange, thanks to butt-control.

Rayman Raving Rabbids: TV Party may end up being the best entry in the series. I just wish Ubisoft would show off more of what the game has to offer.
