CHARLOTTE, NC – May 22, 2012 - NASCAR® brings fan engagement to a whole a new level as the “Drive for the Cover” campaign launches later this week, letting NASCAR fans vote in a bracketed tournament at NASCARTheGame.com/Vote (link will be live Thursday) to decide which Sprint Cup Series Driver will grace the cover of the upcoming NASCAR® The Game™: Inside Line video game. NASCAR Vice President of Licensing, Blake Davidson, and NASCAR Sprint Cup driver Joey Logano, will unveil the “Drive for the Cover” tournament bracket, voting interface and the first official NASCAR The Game: Inside Line trailer this Thursday, May 24 at 1 p.m. (EST) at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Voting will kick off this Thursday as the virtual race for the cover begins. Fans will vote for their favorite drivers and see heated on track rivalries, like Kyle Busch and Kevin Harvick’s on-and-off track antics continue on Facebook in the Drive for the Cover campaign.
