GN Version 5.0

Master the art of drawing beloved Disney and Pixar characters in Disney Art Academy, coming exclusively to Nintendo 3DS family systems on July 15th. Enter the magical world of Disney and learn how to draw all your favourite characters! Get inspired at our official Disney Art Academy website.

In Disney Art Academy, you’ll use the Touch Screen and stylus to create stunning drawings of all your favourite Disney and Pixar characters! The stylus becomes your paintbrush, pencil, marker and more, allowing you to build up layers to develop all sorts of cool-looking effects and realistic textures. It’s easy to bring the stars to life! Head on over to the Introduction section to learn the ropes.

There are 40 lessons inspired by Disney artists, designed to take you from amateur to expert! With the help of your very own in-game tutor, you’ll learn to use a range of different tools and real-world drawing techniques. You can learn all about them in the Lessons & Modes section.

Once you’ve created something you’re proud of, you’re sure to want to show it off to others. Visit the Saving & Sharing section to discover the different ways you can share your creations with friends, family and fellow artists – whether they’re nearby or on the other side of the world!

Just like in the movies, the characters are the stars of the show in Disney Art Academy. There are more than 80 characters to draw, from classic stars like Mickey Mouse and Winnie-the-Pooh through to modern favourites like Elsa and Woody. You can see them all in our colourful Characters section!

What’s more, there are several official Disney themes available right now in the Theme Shop on Nintendo 3DS family systems. Check them out in our Disney themes section.

Learn how to draw the Disney way with Disney Art Academy, only for Nintendo 3DS family systems, and visit our Disney Art Academy website to find out more!
