Mewtwo prank turns Japanese park into haven for Pokemon GO players

Tsuruma Park in Nagoya, Japan looks like a Pokeball. That little fact alone was enough to spawn a wild goose chase for Mewtwo in Pokemon GO. Sadly the mention of Mewtwo was a prank, but it was believed by enough people to turn the park into quite a crazy scene.

Well over a thousand people were in the park up until the wee hours in the morning. While there were no Mewtwos caught, it seems that people did have a great time just meeting up, hanging out and playing alongside other Pokemon GO fans.
