The Mayor of Dusseldorf has decided to make the Girardet bridge a safe place for Pokémon GO players to play. The bridge happens to have a PokeStop on either end, both of which can be accessed by being on the bridge. As you can see above, the bridge has become quite a hotspot for Pokémon GO players. That's why the mayor decided to temporarily close down the bridge to car traffic, letting Pokémon GO players safely get down to catching them all. There were even portable toilets and more garbage cans brought in for all the people playing!
