This shouldn't be too much of a surprise, but it's still good to get the info out there. The Switch eShop listings for Pokemon: Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee confirm that the Switch Pro Controller is not supported. Your options are Joy-Con, Poke Ball Plus, and the touchscreen in portable mode.
