Does Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy hint at North America's Circle Pad attachment release?

Yesterday we posted up a press release that detailed Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy's launch date. That title is slated to hit here on November 15th. In Japan, the same game is said to support the 3DS Circle Pad attachment. Obviously you don't need the attachment to play, but will North American gamers get the chance to make that decision for themselves? Could we see the add-on launch in the states before the year closes out? Thanks to Whatami for the heads up.
