The Binding of Isaac 3DS port still being ironed out, religious aspects being debated

"If we land the 3DS port, it will include the expansion for sure. The only news I have on the 3DS is that it seems possible but it's still going through higher ups to make sure there won't be an issue with the 'religious' aspect. Is Nintendo still really having issue with religion in games? Are we going to go back to the days where Nintendo made Konami remove crosses from Castlevania?
