Will Tecmo Koei have something new to show off at E3 2012? I'm sure they will, but we're hearing a few rumored specifics about the project. Supposedly this new title will be headed up by Hisashi Koinuma, the same man that has worked on multiple Tecmo Koei series, including Dynasty Warriors.
